somewisdom:  As an avid fan of the show and your caps, what is your all time favorite cap? Keep up the great work.

You know how bad I am with this whole choosing thing. I narrowed it down to six, and also, thank you for the message and encouragement!

1. Elle: Before she gave this look she looked at Reid like this, and I used to think it was because he made her feel better. Now I see it as some sort of relief that Reid will never understand this feeling she has. That in that moment, he’ll be better off because he won’t be able to feel “it” (take note this is pre-Tobias). Because the look she gives now- that lifeless, defeated stare. This was her end, and the moment I knew she was done.
2. Morgan: This is one of my favourites because of Morgan’s relationship with Reid, and how for once, it’s Reid who’s doing the protecting. And to see the fear in Morgan’s eyes so raw in reflection to Reid’s panic, ugh it amazes me. I can go on and on but you get my drift.
3. Jack: This cap spooks me out, because it’s kind of a bittersweet moment for him. I mean, he worked the case like his Daddy told him to, and for that he saved his own life and still has a father. But at the same time the blood on Hotch’s hands is a reminder of the consequence of their survival. 
4. Tombstone: This cap taught me more about the intentions of Rossi’s decisions than the past 4 seasons ever have. The minute I saw it I really understood why he was stuck on that unsolved case for 20 years (I believe?) of the three children and their murdered parents.
5. Elevator: In contrast to the day they’ve had with the lights shining over them intrigued me. It’s like they’re just so tired of being in the spotlight and trying to be the ones to save people. In Hotch’s words, sometimes the day just ends, and I feel like it’s what they want many times.
6. Prentiss’ Chest: An explanation isn’t necessary. At all.
